FALLY Sene is a Senegalese artist who utilizes an ancient technic which is painting under glass as his masters did I during the last century in Senegal.
He has transcribed this technique to his work to produce modern masterpieces of urban scenes.
His work was chosen to decorate the new restored central station of Dakar.
